New Delhi: India is launching a big outreach to Africa this month, building on India’s leadership role in the Global South, with President Droupadi Murmu travelling to oil-rich Angola and Botswana (known for its diamond mining) to be followed by the prime minister’s proposed trip to South Africa for the G20 Summit on November 22-23.
